Yeah. It looks kind of appropriate if the sword were actually a relatively short dagger, but it’s not, that thing is massive, it’s in there deep.

They had to make it all fit under the skybox, so the proportions may be off.
If it were the same size as represented in the cinematic, the hilt would extend out into orbit.

If there were a sword in Silithus, which there isn’t, and the handle looked tiny, which it doesn’t, it would be the Roman Pillar effect. You see, when the Romans built tall buildings, and they put those tall pillars in front of it, to support the overhanging A-Frame roof, an optical illusion would occur where they would appear to get thinner and curve inward. So they compensated for this by building them slightly thicker and curved outward at the top, which is why they appear to be straight up and down.
The handle (that doesn’t exist) appears smalle because it is an issue of perspective.
Or, maybe you just have massive hands. Let’s get a can of Coke to compare it to. But not one of the 12 oz. Get one of those 7.5 oz. ones so people will think its bigger than what it is.
