The hall of fame is stopping my guild from raiding mythic

Please remove the hall of fame requirement for cross realm mythic. It’s utterly pointless and we all know that it’s unlikely that Alliance will fill it before the end of the current raid tier. Blizzard already did it in Shadowlands season 3; I don’t understand why we’re having to wait now. My guild is split across EU-Tarren Mill-Horde and EU-Argent Dawn-Alliance so it means we can’t field a mythic raid team because we can’t raid cross realm. I find the restriction particularly bizarre when I that both gladiator players, and mythic plus players pushing +20 keys don’t have this same restriction in place. It seems like an utterly pointless and unnecessary restriction that’s in the vain of the restrictive philosophy that was the old way of thinking that the WoW development team used; not the newer “freedom to the player” philosophy that can be seen through out Dragonflight. I implore you Blizzard. Please remove the Hall of Fame restriction on cross realm mythic raiding.

Team lead: “How do we increase raid participation?”
Employee: “Let’s make restrictions so that people aren’t allowed to play with other players unless they qualify under some arbitrary restrictions.”
