So I have trying to do this stupid quest for my Warlock’s class hall but it appears none of the qualifying “rares” are up.

Is there anyway to expedite this quest? The impression I am getting is that the mobs in question will only give you the skull of the executed when there is a corresponding Wardens quest linked to him.

The only time you’ll get the skull is when you kill a wq elite with the “Danger” tag on the wq’s name. The quest will take a while to complete.
