Hi all,

I just starting dipping my toe into Undermine. Am I unlucky or are there no groups to kill this world boss in group finder?

I thought it was odd there were no groups for this.

I did and got nothing in the ten minutes I screwed around there.

Honestly I found if there’s no group, you can generally start one and it’ll fill fast. Usually we pull with 1 tank and it fills as the fight goes on.

Search for “The Main Event” under Raids - The War Within. The title is from the WQ to kill the boss.

Or click the eye next to the world quest on the UI to the right.

If there’s no group you’ll be prompted to make one with the above criteria.

You have to click the eyeball in the quest drop down menu, not go to LFG. Sorry if you were alteady doing this but there’s been a few players I encountered who were doing it that way.

I remember the Gobfather had a random loot pool such as getting plate armor for a leather class. Dunno if it was ever fixed. :robot::thought_balloon:

It was intentional. You received a warband item for killing him, and so it wasn’t necessarily for your armor type.

There’s nothing to fix. The loot is Warbound, you’re meant to pass the pieces you don’t use to your alts.

The last two weeks I haven’t been able to catch a group anywhere doing the “Gob”. I guess people are outgearing his drops now.

not a lot of people in there at the moment, since the zone is kinda done now.

edit: this is the world boss right? i was thinking a rare. guess you could still announce in chat that you need a group but yeah if you really want to kill that w-boss, then make a group and wait :slight_smile:

Strange, I’ve killed it every week and I always get into a group that is in the process of killing it or I start a group and it fills in under a minute. Maybe try doing it tuesday/wednesday if possible? I just realized I usually do it pretty soon after reset which may affect how easy it is to find a group.

One does not simply kill the Gobfather. That implies a serious lack of respect.

But more seriously – he’s paid us off. That’s why you’re not seeing any groups.
