The frustration that Blizzard has been causing the community

I know a lot of people are upset with Blizzard lately. But the sheer amount of lack of communication has been a huge downfall with them the past few years. I love wow but I’m getting to the point that I don’t care as much anymore because they stopped caring about their own game and community a long time ago.

When was the last game that truly came out when they announced it? Maybe Cata? Now a days it’s radio silence from Blizzard until a few weeks before a release date. I want to be able to plan a vacation for a launch week.

Instead we hope it comes out “soon”. If they gave us a timeframe with dates, I would be extremely happy. Even if wrath was going to be in November.

At this point, Im asking why are we subbing to a game that doesn’t show any initiative and support for their players?

I don’t know what you expect this is the mentality of the average forum user now. They are beyond jaded and so full of snark they can’t do anything besides post their mememe pity posts over and over.

The saddest part is they can’t figure out that the reason Blizz doesn’t engage with us is directly linked to this overwhelmingly hostile environment produced on the forums.

Haha yeah blizzard doesn’t update its customers on its plans because some kids are mean to them on the internet. Where’s that copium you are huffing I’d love a hit!

might be time to play more games than dedicating yourself to one.

Jesus Christ you people are so overly dramatic, it’s a level boost ffs who cares??

I’m in the beta and Wrath is unfinished, half or more of the game doesn’t even work so clearly they’re taking time to fix it before releasing a pre patch or xp boost.

You’re not wrong but I’d submit that satisfied customers who feel valued by a business rarely become hostile.

I concur. I don’t think people that are satisfied will be hostile.

But that’s exactly the issue, if blizzard said “whoa there is way more bugs then we expected, sorry but the xp event has to be pushed back” that’s fine. It’s the silence that triggers people.

Imo I would rather them be silent and fix things than constantly communicate with us, we can all clearly see the state of things with Beta so it just makes no sense why people can be impatient full well knowing how delayed things are for them.

The entitlement here is rich.

Flag as spam. Move on.

You’re arguing with a level 10 sock puppet who thinks Blizz communicates well. Just ignore and carry on.

Alright, I reported you and I’m moving on.

Who can clearly see that? The handful of people on beta? What about the other 95% of the players?

Its a pattern of negative and callous behavior to their customers. Constant communication is not hard and should be a priority.

We’re giving you that info, you can follow their Wrath beta forum as well.

Oh cry me a river, it’s 2022 if you don’t like this game or company than move on but to generalize Blizzard as this terrible company is wrong when you’re on their forums talking about their games and paying monthly to be here.

I’ve personally had little to no issues on the communication end of things.

Good god, the level of shilling here is absolutely pathetic.

You missed the news over the last year?

Oh you have no communication issues?
So tell me, hows the beta going?
What do the last Beta patch notes look like?
Have they encountered anything they werent expecting?
Whats their current take on the LFG tool given beta particpant feedback?
Are they considering any other changes?
Have they seen the release window narrow at all?
Is there a risk of a delay at this point from a Q3 release?

You seem to be getting the info we aren’t, so lets hear it.
