This happened to 2 other people yesterday so it’s a bug. You can file a report on the website.

You have to log into them. Only the most recent characters you’ve logged into appear.

Nah, it’s something with the site itself. I’ve been missing all of my characters save two since yesterday. Deleted cookies, cache, data, forced reset, logged in and out, etc…

Truth be told, I’ve discovered quite a few people who are 1 person swapping toons to agree with themselves.

Yes, there are issues where sometimes characters vanish here which is very odd. I can’t figure out how/why the system chooses the ones that remain. A level 23 troll I haven’t played in 5 years? O.o

Anyway, last time it happened to me - I deleted all my browser cookies and cleared out my cache before restarting the browser and it worked.

One of my characters disappeared a few months ago and I just began to post on a new character.

Then I was dumb and changed this characters name (the new character) and I guess changing the name removes trust level.

Long story short, I hope this fixes for you OP, but you may just have to start over. :sweat_smile:
