I also have the same issue. The achievement stays unfinished.
conquest capped on two characters. only got mail for the tokens on one of them.

Update: Got the achievement at 2682 conquest. Weird.
well its 2,500 soo blizzard needs to get on this and fix there mistake…should of just left it as the quest then it wouldnt of bugged and messed up

some people say the 175 points from the weekly mission don’t count… so it will pop at 1675… but haven’t been able to test cause I did my Bg’s for the day… anyways should pop regardless…

I too am also encountering the issue on my third character to get cap. My warlock is at 2506 and the achievement did not proc.
Thank you for posting. 2584 and no tokens no weapon. Original, assumedly functional quest, was fine.
hello we at blizzard know the quest will work better and wont risk breaking so instead we are going to change it to an achievement that we know will break and not correctly instead.

This has happened on yet another alt today.
Whoever triaged this bug out of A on JIRA needs to be sacked.
Over 2500 conquest unlocked in game, still no achievement trigger. Achievement completed on DH, but not druid…I do not understand.
Update: Unlocked at 2685, so maybe there’s some merit to the 2675 breakpoint afformentioned earlier.
