The following specs NEED their BURST nerfed:

The nerfs to the op’s mentioned classes are fine but ww is 100% deserving of making the list. Highest damage dealing class in pvp atm.

The Kyrian nerf just hit their burst really hard. There’s absolutely no way they’re the ‘highest damage dealing class in PvP atm’ when their sustained damage is low and their burst just got nerfed.

I have 21% vers and I charged a mob and at the same time a hunter attacked me from behind and did 20,105k with 2 aimed shots and a serpent sting. Pet attacks before that. The 8.6k aimed shot was a crit the 10k was not. So if the 10k had crit…I know hunters already got nerfed so I was surprised to see this happen to me.

I hate to say it but it’s a l2p issue with boomkin. Starsurge only nukes people when they blow a 3 min cooldown with an obvious animation that screams out cc the druid, use a defensive, or los the druid. Outside of this 10 second window starsurge only tickles people. When you see the giant glowing chicken use your abilities. If you sit there and eat damage then yeah that is on you.

Let’s nerf everything til just your class is playable… none of the others.

FOTM rogues are so salty they are literally just trying to ruin the game now. It’s sad.

When half the classes in the game need nerfs, the better solution is to implement a change to the system like versatility damage reduction from trinket, some pseudo resilience, or scale hp way higher and then buff the laggards

Fire does not need nerfed. The Kyrian covenant ability Radiant Spark, for fire mage, needs nerfed. With Radiant Spark they gain an extra 45% spellpower during their burst. Many mages are currently running Rune of Power which is nerfed from 40% down to 30% in PvP. This gives them a combined total of 75% spellpower EVERY 45 SECONDS… There’s your culprit. Fire itself isn’t a problem.

people did the same for rogue and now you defending other class. Shadowland will become like BFA with 20 min arena with dampening. Yes rogue needed a small balance and not a nerfbat

Hunt: fem human

Magus: Fem human, fem nelf, orc fem

Priest: Ud fem, human fem

Lock: dwarf, human, orc

Pally: fem human, male belf, fem dwarf

Druid: fem nelf, male troll, both tauren

sham: dwarf, orc

monk: anything but human male (yikes bro)

demon hunter: dont play this class

DK: remember it isnt 2007 and log off

arms warriors need some tuning yes
mages are fine
rets got nerfed on the rogue nerf hotfix since they reduced the mastery on the pelagos bind by 50%, so that affected ret even past the previous nerfs they recieved, get over it
ele shaman is fine
moonkin is fine, l2p

honestly, tanks are fine. Just make them have equal dps output to healers. That way, if they’re going to kill anything, it’ll be by tickling it to death. Problem solved

Legion pvp system was almost perfect. Giving everyone stats based off their ilvl was the way rated pvp should be. It remove gimmicks. The ONLY issue is not allowing the players to adjust what stats they had, some classes were given their absolute worse stats. These knee jerk nerfs are not healthy for the game. It’s a huge reason why many people quit shortly after a new xpac is released. Now the pvp forums will just flood with people crying for this nerf and that nerf. Ret paladins have basically been nerfed two patches in a row and people are still crying about their burst? My burst is WAY down compared to two weeks ago (and my ilvl is much higher now). Their off healing is a bit overtuned but still not even the worst of all the hybrids atm.

If you’re tired of getting 1 shot by Ele Sham, just stop them from setting up. It takes Stormkeeper (1.4 sec cast, 1 min CD talent) > Primordial Wave (Must be necro, flame shock can be dispelled) > Skyfury Totem (50 health PvP talent, can be killed) > Echoing Shock (30 sec CD talent) > Lava Burst (2 second cast unless surge proc, again Flame Shock can be dispelled) > LB > LB. How many globals is that? How many chances to completely avoid/disrupt/ruin it? It’s not like a sub rogue opening on you.

Ele shams are annoying to go against if they’re good, but they’re fine.

Here ive got a idea, lets remove all spells and ability out of the game and reduce it to auto attacking.

Why does anyone enjoy PvP when it’s like this. You just pop cool downs, throw random instant CC at enemy healer, collect points.

Except opponents that know what they’re doing also pop their cooldowns and survive your cooldowns… The opponent also throws out their random instant cc on the DPS that are popping their cooldowns, so their cooldowns are wasted instead of having both teams run at one person and try to trade kills.

Believe it or not, there is strategy in arena when people know how to respond to things.
