The Following Raids Should Have Skip Options Added

With Blizzard adding skips to old raids such as SoO and BoD, I’d like to propose that this be expanded to more of them as well.

Classic

1. Molten Core - A way to be able to kill Ragnaros right off the bat would make farming Sulfaras much faster

Burning Crusade

1. Black Temple - Apparently a skip was added in TBC Classic. This should be added into retail as well.

2. Sunwell - A way to skip to KJ would make farming for Thori’dal a lot faster.

WOTLK

1. Ulduar - A long raid where the last boss drops a mount, a skip for this one would be much appreciated.

2. ICC - Much like Ulduar, this is another long raid but with a tedious gauntlet event that nobody enjoys having to do for the umpteenth time. And while we are on the topic of this raid, it would be great to have an option to skip the RP the precedes the Lich King encounter.

Cataclysm

1. Firelands - Even though this raid is fairly short, the last boss drops a mount. So I thought I’d include it in this list.

2. Dragon Soul - While this is also a short raid, there is one particular encounter that is a bit tedious to solo and that is Spine of Deathwing. And come to think of it, the two fights prior to it have a gauntlet event that takes 5 minutes to complete before you can fight the boss. The ability to skip directly to Madness would making farming this raid much less time consuming.

Oh my god I hate the spider room so much. And the bug room before Putricide. Oh and the vrykul and that stupid val’kyr before Valithria.

Oh and the RP guantlet at Deathbringer.

And Tyrion and Arthas need to just SHUT UP already. Arthas has like a ten minute speech before Tyrion finally remembers he has Divine Shield.

There was even a point where you could skip that room but it was taken away.

I gave up on farming for Invincible in ICC particularly because I couldn’t sit through the entire raid and all of the RP.

I’d probably start farming again if I could skip tbh lol

I want one for dragonsoul so bad i hate spine to an irrational degree.

Also u can pick up 3 feathers, kill alysrazor and then fly over to rag for firelands.

I cannot bring myself to do Spine. In all these years, it’s my only blockade. lol

I hate spine because its so easy to kill a mob by mistake with the back and forth seizure inducing movements you got to do.

It’s not so bad. It still takes longer than I wish it would, but it’s mostly afk time at this point, I just do something on my other monitor while waiting for the sludges to accumulate.

I didn’t know that.

Still, it’d be nice if they put in some object at the beginning of the raid that can teleport you directly to Ragnaros similar to what they added in SoO.

True, but when you combine that with all the RP, the Ultraxion drakes, and the airship trash, the whole thing from after the first three bosses is incredibly tedious.

You missed a few:

At the very least ICC needs a skip. I have every transmog of every armor type and am so sick of ICC it isn’t even funny. All I want is that horse then I’m not stepping foot in there ever again.

Tempest Keep. Stand around waiting, it is not as bad as it used to be. Used to be that you stood there for 5 minutes staring at the boss. I think it is now 2 minutes.

Glad I don’t need the mount from there anymore.

Sure why not? It’s an old raid and people whom have already cleared it should have the ability to skip to the final boss if they choose. Also, Sunwell has 7 bosses if you count KJ.
