Unable to complete quest: “The Flesh Giant Champion”. Margrave Dhakar does not spawn and Morbidus cannot be killed.

Having the same problem. Margrave Dhakar is no where to be found. logged in and out and moved layers but still no npc. maybe he’ll come back after server reset ? or maybe never =O

For me Margrave Dhakar is there, standing behing Morbidus facing the other way, but you cannot interact with him and thus cannot start the encounter. Getting a bit tired of all these bugged quests.
