The flaws of Covenants have already been exposed

The only thing people REALLY complained about were legendaries and… honestly for good reason. Everything else about legion, even world quests were very well received.

No it absolutely doesn’t. Only you can make yourself swap your covenant.

Talk to any rogue who played legion at launch and they will tell you artifacts were bad

Them being historic and well known weapons was liked. The grind was not. Neither was the lack of flexibilty between specs. Legiondaries were also an issue, so was some class halls having more table missions mandatory to complete their halls. There were a lot of issues at first. Not with the legiondaries alone.

Ok lets look back at legoins launch at the posts for the first month. 890 threads complaining about artifacts 2370 complaining about legos, 720 about world scaling and 489 about rng wf/tf wanna try again with it was well recieved

Very few people were complaining about the grind during legion’s first patch. In fact it was actually praised in that you could go, do world quests and progress your character a bit if you had like half an hour of free time.

Yes there were those who complained about running the maw of souls over and over again but general consensus was that they were taking it too seriously.

They were THE main issue, Sephutz and Pyradz became memes for a reason.

This problem was pretty much non existent after the first week as well as people complaining about it.

There were issues but saying artifact weapons were received poorly at legion’s launch is very disingenuous.

Care to give me a source on that? The old forums were nuked.

You are remembering wrong. There were tons of topics on the grind of AK. It was very slow at first and had a low cap. That opened up as time went on.

Also halls weren’t fixed in the first week. Mine was one of the ones affected and it took a few weeks for them to take the extra table missions out.

You can search topic thread based on date on mmo champ

Also just looked at reddit 47 pages of threads about legoin complaints at launch

People really like judging Legion launch by 7.2/3 in regards to stuff like Legiondaries and Artifacts.

Rose tinted goggles is what it is. The start of legoin was a mess plain and simple.

No, I am not. I spent waaaay more time on those forums back then than I do now. Just because you’re upset about it doesn’t mean it wasn’t well received

But there’s really no point arguing this, It’s just gonna be your memory vs mine with sniffed here trying to fabricate proof.

Really cause 2 others here have verified it while you couldn’t be bothered to look

I am not upset at all. I just remember what went on and how it was received at first.

It’s not even my memory vs. yours, lol. Other people are telling you this too.

No point trying to argue with him doesn’t want to admit was wrong

Dude… even if I took what you said seriously. 47 reddit threads complaining is nearly nothing as far as a supposed outrage goes.

Yeah it seems like the classic stubborness. It’s ok if he liked all of Legion.

I felt it ended up good overall. But definitely had a rocky start.

Hello pot, I’m kettle, you’re black.

He does have a valid point in that Legiondaries were a wayyyyy hotter topic than Artifacts themselves, but it’s like comparing Corruptions to Azerite Traits. Just cause one is a bigger dumpster fire doesn’t mean they’re not both dumpster fires.
