You’ve always been able to turn in the tamer quests for Westfall, Redridge, Duskwood, Cape of Stranglethorm and Northern Barrens remotely on any of your alts. Came in handy sometimes if an alt had an xp buff and you didn’t want to waste time travelling. You could just do the battles on other characters and then switch over and turn them in on the one with the buff.
Sadly it looks like that was a causality of most things being account wide now, as you can no longer do that,
