I couldn’t figure out precisely why it was bothering me so much at first glimpse… then I was browsing Halloween costumes… and NOW I REALIZED.
This is probably a commentary on something, but I’m so burned out on this topic at this point that I can’t even bring myself to make a clown joke.

I think it looks cute on elves and tiny races. Unless the wings scaled massively, I would have no interest in it.

I love it.
I plan on using the free transmog all of Halloween Weekend. Just to have some fun.
It does look a lot better on smaller races. Though I would /squee to see an Ogre running around with those wings scaled up lol.

I’ve seen a male KT wearing the mog. It’s actually cute in a way. 
I also think Tauren looks cute in it.

It is and its not as bad as people say.
The fey dragon transmog is adorable and I’m loving it. The wings are so cute!

To be fair jesters aren’t clowns, clowns degrade themselves to make audiences laugh at them, a court jester would make the audience feel stupid by making the joke on them in using them for their routines, this got so annoying that court jesters (also called fools) were used in medieval feudal warfare as weapons of psychological warfare to annoy enemy troops into breaking formations.

One of the latest rumors was that it was cut content from a Costume Party quest; which may explain some of the similarities to a court jester outfit.
