The Faerie Dragon Circle in Tiristfall Glades is

Directly over top of Tyr’s Tomb. And has been this entire time. Just so we’re all clear.

What’s the significance of this?

There’s a circle of mushrooms. If you wait long enough, Fae dragons start to spawn. They are friendly or untargetable, I forgot. Eventually, they start dancing and singing. At the end, you get a scroll of music for your garrison.

I like that it’s called Whispering Forest. Sometimes, you can even hear them /whisper “…Arthas”

I didnt see any mushrooms over the seal to the tomb. Guess I was looking in the wrong place.
I did, however, meta-leap my way into the tomb so that was cool.

You can access the tomb? Oh that’s neat

Apparently need some movement ability. In Shadowlands, you could Door of Shadows through. I had to metamorphosis leap, 2x, to get in.

I tough all u needed to go inside was swimming like in Legion. Did they change that

The area was used in Legion for a couple of the artifact acquisitions (including Xal’atath, back when she was possessing a knife rather than a blood elf)

I have a memory fragment of interacting with those faire dragons at one point, but I honestly can’t remember if that was an artifact questline, part of one of the long secrets, something else or just a figment of my imagination.

Yea it’s sealed now. The old broken entrance is still there underneath the present seal. I guess the Tyr’s Guard storyline in DF necessitated a change?

Pretty sure Holy Pal had that too

Yes the holy paladin questline takes you into the tomb. Also fun fact. If you have Tyr’s Hand or Truthgarde as your xmog and you go to Tyr at Tyr’s Rest he has a little hidden monologue.

Also I thought this was a relevant post considering we’re in dragonflight, in the emerald dream, dealing with Tyr himself. Neat little lore bit considering the current narrative I thought.

Interesting. Intriguing too.

That area always reminded me of Mt. Moon from Pokémon.

The Clefairy would hold hands in a circle and sing to the moon above, secretively and away from the eyes of humans.

Just like how the Fae dragons sing, and the moon is pretty prevalent in Tirisfal- the land is bathed in darkness.

The Cleffa - Clefairy - Clefable evolutionary line is said to have come from the moon, and they constantly sing to their bretheren that are still up there.

Fairy-type pokemon, and Fae dragons, all singing at the moon in a circle.

Suspicious. :eye:

Yeah no dip. We’ve known this since Legion
