The Faction Divide

This might cause slower queues and because you’re trying to find enough players for x number of BGs times two. So double the current queue time whatever that may be.

Also, it can cause an imbalance where there are not enough players or healers, not only on either team but now on either mode.

I agree with you about removing factions though and about having it just be two teams versus each other, not one horde team against one alliance team.

The game being at its peak in wrath and factions still being separated during that time are mutually exclusive.

Wrath was the peak of WoW for a multitude of different reasons, not because factions were divided.

If WoW were a meal, PVE would be the steak, while PVP would be a side of fries.

It is what it is.

I don’t want merged factions. Big reason I still play is to slay and fight filthy Alliance.

So edgy.

So you didn’t read the OP at all, because merging factions does not mean the end of PvP

I don’t want to raid with you. I don’t want to see you in m city. It’s more than PvP. It’s the fantasy, the lore. I HATE THE ALLIANCE!

i admit to liking the faction divide
even though the npcs cross it half or all the time
I dunno
I like pvp being one side against the other for good
cross faction auction houses were one thing but cross faction grouping would be wacky
arenas already have cross faction pvp so you can go there if you want to fight your own faction
bgs have a facsimile of lore remaining or the thinnest veneer at least differing starting sides and such

Agreed. We’re at the point where it’s just… simply time. How many people has this game lost because people can’t simply play the race they want to play and still do content. They play a dwarf, open up the group finder, and see 4 keys at the range of key they’re looking for… No person’s reasons for “i HaTe ThE AlLiAnCe” is worth the discontent it causes, imo.

I don’t see why group finders can’t be merged pretty much ASAP… I post my key up, both horde and alliance can see it. Same for pug raids, LFR, Dungeon Q’s… Half the time, I probably wouldn’t even notice if I have a night elf in my party - I’m just there to do content lol.

Then don’t do any of that, and people who want to can, how lovely options are.

Go touch some grass edge lord.

You need to touch some grass. “whah, my faction sucks and nobody wants to play with me so I’m going to demand core changes to a game that has been around since 2005 because I can’t cope anymore”. The only good Alliance is a dead Alliance! I’m doing my part! Everyone Fights, No One Quits. If You Don’t Do Your Job, I’ll Kill You Myself. DEATH TO The ALLIANCE!

stays saying nothing.

Good talk. Illiterate nonsense, classic Hordie.

inb4 that one fox comes and ruins everyone’s vibe in here.

It’s ironic that you’d use the word Illiterate, while I’m displaying clear literacy. See this is the problem with the Alliance, always failing to know definitions. Oh and play the game up to the Horde level.

Yeah sorry, RP ramblings and ignoring topics might as well be illiterate, but you do you boo, the adults will be over here trying to improve the game for everyone.

Go play with your horde-cherry ring pop and keep quiet :kissing_heart:

clearly the solution to the problem is to add another faction

It’s one thing to see some try-hard orc being all “ME HORDE! ME KILL ALLIANCE!!!”. Seeing a BE do it just doesn’t have the same effect lol.

All of your comments further just emphasize Cezol’s earlier statement-

I don’t know, I imagine all that bloodthistle rot got to his poor brain and he became dumber than a orc peon.

Ahh, good point! Makes sense now

40 posts and you haven’t been told this is the Alliance’s fault and if you’re not literally forcing people to mythic raid then you’re wrong.

Someone must be sleepin’.
