I’ve only just made it into the second zone, but holy cow. The cities are damn well done, the music has been fantastic, and the armor sets and others you get have some serious transmog potential.
Overall really enjoying the expansion. Wasn’t really sure what to expect.
Retail is good again. DF saved it.
Hallowfall is now in my top 5 favorite zones;
I’m actually shocked at the amount of effort put into the expac this far.
Not gonna lie, I had low expectations.
They were met and exceeded!
The hype hit me like a truck as i went to hallowfall. I really never realized how boring DF was. These zones are varied and exciting. The story feels like it has stakes. Im loving it tbh.
Their design of landscape and music has almost always been top notch for me. A lot of armor sets have improved from what I looked online for TWW.
Same here. I think they did a great job on it. So happy to have somewhere new to play.

You like the Dornogal hub? I think it’s almost Oribos level boring.
It’s a good start. Really liking the look and feel of Dorn.
The zones, quests, and especially the music are all top tier this expansion.
I’d call this one an absolute win.
Dornogal has great ambience and it’s easy to navigate. I don’t have to dismount to find out I went into the wrong section time after time, and the soundtrack is good too.
Nothing like Oribos to me.
It’s very monochrome/bland everywhere and the music is just so-so. It’s definitely no Boralus or Dalaran IMO. Probably better than the WoD hubs, which were pretty bad. And better than Oribos.
