Company forums should take criticism well yes, but there’s a lot more than that going on.
Even when everything in the game was in pretty good shape the blues got skewered whenever they showed up, no matter what the post was about. It’s been a constant over the life of the game. As much as they could stand to improve, the community stands to improve just as much. It’s a two-way street.

CMs and devs are two separate groups, though. Devs post once in a blue moon but the majority of blue posts are made by CMs.
If the CMs have conveyed player wishes to the devs to the best of their ability and the devs have decided that they won’t play ball, there’s nothing else they can really do and getting upset with them is basically shooting the messenger.
Mcdonalds is better in Japan too (have confirmed myself).

Europe had the more beneficial long-term solution to keep their indentured workforce working from home rather than making them come into the office
When Ghostcrawler left, so did their spines.
Then maybe Blizzard shouldn’t be throwing up road blocks for us to run into and let us communicate with the source.
Something is going wrong in the dev department and they can just shut us out by telling the CMs to go shove it.
If the CM is suppose to be the players representation or link to the development team then their absence and lack of communication tells me that they have shut us as the player entity out the door as they continue to work on whatever madness runs within their dome.

Even that isn’t really new though. In the past Ghostcrawler has spoken about how much of a battle it was for him to get the dev team to take player feedback seriously. Their development philosophy has always been pretty closed… all that’s changed is that the direction of that development, which has fallen further out of alignment with players, making the lack of connection more visible.

Maybe they water their grass more and therefore it is greener. Maybe there is just the illusion that it is greener.
As the other person above me stated… grass is greener.
Though the continued silence and lore still somehow being employed isn’t helping
