I already know how helpful the other comments on this are going to be, but in my personal experience I was spending hours and setting timers on my phone to kill Bronjahm as often as I could, and I only got it on one character. I only wanted it on two! It just makes me feel like an excluded idiot that this supposedly fun item had to be so difficult to get for the unlucky. Blizzard knew there was some kind of problem or they wouldn’t’ve doubled the spawns, but it ended up not being enough for me. Could you consider giving a way to get that bag, later? I did my time, bah.

I felt the droprate was good? I have heard complaints, though…

I got that bag on my shaman alt that I leveled quickly just to unlock the mail Argent Conscript set. The bag should m
not be available for only a limited time.
There are easy-to-make 32 slot bags in Shadowlands. You did not miss out on much.

I had it drop on my newly minted DH which I’m rolling as a Profession alt (although I’m not sure which), vs one of my mains.
I’ll take it, but I don’t honestly plan to upgrade the stock 20 slot bags he came with anyway.
It’s only 2 extra slots. It’s not the biggest disappointment I’ve faced , especially since I’ll never get a chance at a Deathwing mount again. But I fought him 6-8 times and he didn’t drop one till the 8th time. WoW is like Diablo. You just gotta keep trying. Eventually it drops. We had 2weeks to grind him. You could have beaten rng at any point at all the times he was available. The only question became how dedicated were you. Me…I set my clock to whenever he spawned and logged on specifically just for him. It paid off. But yes, his drop chance was low. I find it funny that I got 2 accursed keepsakes but only 1 bag.
It took me a week and a half to get it on my main.
And then it dropped on the first kill for like my next three alts. So gratifying and frustrating all at the same time.

Two weeks to farm an Rng item from a rare that took over 6 hours to spawn the first week was not enough time for the people that didn’t get it.

I saw it on the BMAH on my server a month or two back! It is still possible, and it didn’t sell for all too much either (few hundred k iirc).

I think the drop chance is pretty decent. At most kills you’ll hear 2 -3 people get it. Probably more but not everyone advertise it. Some people just got rng badly

Droprate is 21%. Not… too terrible? But the real bad was the 3 hour wait times.

Ok then he got changed to once every 3 hours. Now what’s your excuse? There’s 24hrs in a day and 7 days a week at him. You could have did it the second week no problem, if you worked at it. U log on and take 2 min to kill him
There was no guarantee that you’d be able to get it no matter how many times you killed him.
That attitude is why im not continuing this conversation. RNG is RNG. You increase your chances by doing it the most you can. That is the entire point of my statement. Once every 3 hours in a 24 hour day without being fanatical and crazy you could have at least attempted him 4-5x a day. Then a week that means 28-35 chances for a bag. It would have dropped.
I don’t know why you got angry at me. I know that RNG is RNG, but you only had a limited number of chances, unlike, say, Invincible, which you can farm every week until the game shuts down. Someone killed him 30 times and didn’t get the bag.
You said you weren’t continuing the conversation because of my attitude.
I finally got the bag on all the characters I wanted but it was 2nd to last attempt pull. It should have been a vendor item!

The secret behind having a 21% drop rate is that for everyone who got it on their first try there is also someone like me who had to kill him 26 times to get it. I don’t mind low drop rates and RNG for getting stuff usually but it’s just poor planning to combine terrible RNG with a limited time event.
