Is the Dreadwake a flying mount or just a land mount? The reason I ask is, last month when the Peafowl was available it said, “This is a flying mount. Requires Level 35.” There is no such claim made for the Dreakwake which leads me to believe it is just a land mount.

Like why wouldn’t they make the boat mount not only float but have a unique /mountspecial when on the water?

IF it did float, I like it like the anglers fishing raft, to be able to fish off it.

It flies!? Would be nice if it said that in the description…and it should float! It’s a damn boat! How can a boat not float? Glad I skipped it.

Yeah, sometimes near the shore it sinks when activated.

It does that if you’re not at the surface of the water. I use the raft and then hold down the space bar.

What is weird with the fishing raft, you can use it on mud puddles in the streets of Boralus or on the main floor of the Deepwater Tavern in Menethil Harbor. Think about being able to do that with the Dreadwake.

Just get the mount whatsis from Pandaria. It allows the mount to walk on water, so the boat in effect, floats.
I’m betting Blizzard is so happy they put the Dreadwake on the Trader’s Post so the “How’d they make a boat that don’t float” controversy would start back up after all these years!
