Cannot do this quest. The quest giver is missing. Just Toons running around. But when I talk to then no quest, is offered. The quest Icon Thunder down under shows, but no quest giver in the building. So cannot do The Dranosh’ar Blockade or the other quests.
Do you have legion returns on ur quests this is more likely due to a phasing issue.
No I do not have that quest. Do i need to pick it up? where would I get it.
You should be able to get it from the War Chief’s Command Board in Valley of Strength next to Grommash Hold.

This phasing issue still happening in 2024, I finished the legion campaign but didn’t get the first proper quest. sigh
