Yes. The UI and talent overhauls will change the base game for everyone, regardless of what expac they have. Expansion purchase only unlocks content–new level cap, new zones, new class/race.

The leaked dates NEVER showed a November 15th for a “phase 2 pre-patch”
You can still play even after Oct 25th. You can take advantage of the new UI, new talents, but what you WON’T Be able to do is the new dungeon, evoker, new zone, dragonflight as a whole until you do buy it.

You realize you only can make 1 evoker per realm?
Two weeks is not enough time with evokers and the events. The three weeks after Season 4 ends before evokers/pre patch event is going to be really boring – you can only play around with talent trees and the new UI so much.

No they can only be evoker. Nothing else.
So the Pre-Patch is the 15th then? serous fail, I rather you push everything back fix the bugs and bring Evokers out on day 1 of Pre-Patch.

I can, though it may be different per class. I’ve also used the base UI for 15 years so I have a lot to learn about what I like about layout, how I should set it all up, etc. etc.

Wow, looks like I won’t be playing WoW for 4 weeks, miles as well just unsub from the game, frankly more salty that Evoker wasnt Oct 25, but nooo, get it 2 weeks before launch? really? whats the actual point, I would rather have had the 3 boring classes for all, moved to November 15th than October 25th.

Lol, not really. You can put out 20 leaks, all stating a different tuesday every leak - one will be correct out of the 20. It doesn’t mean its correct, it means they threw numbers at the board.
In your opinion may be they have it where they want the class is work with what you have

This “phase” thing is downright moronic, the very definition of drip feeding content, except minus the content.
If they seriously need so much time that they need to break the patch into 2, then they should delay the patch and release it all to the start of November.
