My biggest gripe with Evoker initially was that we didn’t have specs for each dragonflight school. I was really leaning into Blue and Bronze and just would like multiclassing to bridge that fantasy. Ugh, these things take so much time and I just (to quote Daddy Khad) “dont have that kind of time”
There isn’t anything to re-budget, though.
With Permeating Chill becoming baseline, it frees up that node for the cooldown node.
When they add new hero specs I definitely want blue and green, and eventually primal for Vyranoth and… idk maybe if they add more than six they could do the lesser flights that are part of Vyranoth’s.
See soooo much potential here! i love it!
Got my race change ready to go for my mage and hunter!
The 3 minute cooldown is not going to make a difference in PvP, you can make huge gameplays with that. People don’t play tauren compared to other races because war stomp is simpy not that good compared to other racials you can have.
You are basically getting 2 additional kicks and extra mobility on these classes.
Again, I’m not asking for them to revert it completely for Pve’rs, just make PvP adjustments and take those people into consideration.
Yay!
Though I was hoping for Monk as well. But I imagine the movements for that with Dracthyr would be a nightmare to do.
This is super! Thank you Blizz.
Please please allow them to be Shamans as well!
I’ve been holding out hope for one and it also makes perfect sense canonically since they have innate elemental powers and they’re draconic ancestors are litterally elementals.
Maybe have a special interaction with Vyranoth just for shoots and giggles.
Yeah, but they’re buffing talents we don’t take, on for healers at least, a pretty point starved tree, and only ONE of those talents is being buffed so the cd is still going to be long on another.
It’s a nerf over all.
I think most Evoker’s were hopeful to see transmog changes come with the additional classes. Why even makes sets for a class that doesn’t see it half the time? Why is the solution for transmog to not actually be in dragon form. Its beyond ridiculous.
What about More visage forms? i want to be a tauren dragon like Ebonhorn, not an elf
I honestly don’t know why people are ignoring The Black Dragonflight. Thrall, a Shaman, was able to fill in for Black Aspect BECAUSE OF HIS CONNECTION TO THE ELEMENTS. Dracthyr, being made from all flights, not being able to be Shaman is like Lightforged not being able to be Paladin.
Maybe. But those classes make more sense for them then warlock.
I will be making a priest or warlock wizard lizard all the same though. Unlike most people I’m alway in dragon form when playing my evoker. Whites, golds and blues scales for a priest? Oh I can’t wait to make new dracthyr.
Never ogres please. That’d be worse than a fourth dwarf.
Not having druid’s is pure laziness of not wanting to make new racial forms considering they have huge ties to the emerald dream and are imbued with the magic of the emerald flight.
Also armor colors that match the flight armors (alternately just make it so the flight armors are unlockable in true form)!
Ascendence forms seem to take their inspiration from Night Elf banshees, but yet Night Elf still cannot roll a Shaman. Please fix that.
I’ll gank any non-evoker dracthyr in it’s dragon form.
Beware.
Not exactly. Forced movement is a lot less powerful than a real kick, given there’s no cooldown on the spell school, and effects which let people cast while moving won’t be impacted by it. It’s strong, sure, but not any stronger than other comparable abilities. Is Typhoon overpowered on druids? Because that’s all wing buffet is: a less powerful, short ranged Typhoon with a 6x longer cooldown, knocking enemies out of melee range.
