It seems like this never ending cycle of hatred between horde and alliance will never end, fast forward 4000 years and we all be robots, cyborgs, or mech users, fighting each other in total war, and no one remembers why, the galaxy’s been completely ruined by the war, but no one can stop fighting.
Sounds like the storyline for total anihhilation (a 90s RTS game.) Where two human factions legit turned them selves into robots for one side, and cyborg-clones for the other, so they can keep fighting forever, and neither side actually remembers what they are fighting over.
