No. You continue to conflate your play style with game meta.
All players are free to gear through PVP and PVE. The choice is there for each of us. Most of us use a combination of the two.
If you choose to gear up via PVP only, you are of course free to do so. But there are limitations.
There is no such thing as a PVP player or a PVE player in WoW. You don’t choose such a mode when creating your character. It is only personal play style and choice. It is you who has decided to create an absolute demarkation between the two.
You have chosen to limit yourself. That’s not the game’s problem to correct.
