Jumping into starting MMR with a fresh toon this season in full greens, the difference is insane with damage. I was free casting on my BM hunter and not even denting a boomys hp. Everyone wearing near full gear at 1600 too. I was lowest damage almost unbothered all fight until they look my direction and i melt. Idk how to gear at this point, farming bloody tokens or whatever i guess.

It’s best to not try and jump straight into rated content in your honor gear. You can get a lot of conquest doing the weekly quests + world pvp + epic bg quests + daily wins. This way you’ll at least have access to the 9 free crafting tokens and maybe enough conquest for a piece or two and bloody tokens for a couple more pieces. Maybe think about jumping into blitz on an off spec at this point or doing yolo 2s to finish capping your conquest up to the free weapon mark. Gearing an alt is really fast if you follow a methodical approach.

just find a warcrate farm group takes about 2 hours to 3 if you got the time to cap out rn. 60 conq per crate.

Just spend the day doing crates and you will gear up easy. 60 conquest per crate is more than a 20min queue plus a 20 min loss in rss.
