The Diabolist Overlord planned hotfix should be a priority and not be held until 11.0.5

Unfortunately this has affected me to the point that I have to play soul harvester instead in raid. Please push this as a priority, 1.3 hero talents are effectively dead on at least 6 bosses in raid and a large portion of mobs in the rest of the game as diabolist. (Those being the Overlord summon itself and Cloven Souls).

8 Overlord summons over the course of a fight 5 minute fight equates to 2 minutes of the Cloven Souls debuff. So we’re missing 5% damage for 2 minutes in a 5 minute fight + the actual 4% of overall damage he provides.

How is this not something that is immediately addressed and hotfixed? This is substantial.

Just make him wind up and throw his axe, exploding in AOE like he already does. Problem immediately solved.
