I’m pretty mediocre and I literally got up to 2.2 in shuffle on day 3 using a meme build where I didn’t even take essence break or inertia. I really don’t think you understand just how insane dh is across the board right now.

burst aside, their are far bigger outliers for normal damage than havoc. sorry bud.
havoc just finally does damage and can cause pressure w/o needing to rely on big burst which is what is pushing it over the top.
