The Wyrmhole Generator has a cooldown of 30 mins and the specialization under mechanical mind at 20 points is supposed to reduce it’s cooldown by 50%. So it should have a cooldown of 15 minutes right?
I have the points in mechanical mind maxed but its cooldown is still 30 minutes. Am I missing something here or it doesn’t work?

I ran two tests. If you select the random port, it sets the cooldown at 15 minutes. If you select one of the specific zone port areas, it sets the cooldown to 30 mins.
I was using it to port to specific zones. That’s why it always shows 30 mins for the cooldown. I wonder if that was intended or if it was an oversight on their part. Seems pretty pointless to set the random port to 15 mins and not the specific zone ports. Makes the 50% cooldown modifier worthless honestly.
I think it’s considered a backfire. Cause some times it does do 15 minutes, but other times 30.
But it’s like 80% 30, so if it’s a backfire, it’s set WAY too high of a chance.
I only ever do specific zones and get 15 minutes.
