The 1H sword from Kel’Thuzad has 2 appearances - one from just getting it to drop and another from right clicking it while it’s in your inventory.
The second appearance is not available for the fated version of the item.
So for Fated LFR, Fated Normal, Fated Heroic, Fated Mythic, it’s not possible to get the second appearance.
