The Devouring Cold (1h sword) on use doesn't work

Good day,

The item called The Devouring Cold, a one handed sword from (FATED!) Kel’thuzad has an on use effect to move the weapon from the hip to the back.

This on use effect does not work. The sword stays on the hip. This also means that you cannot right click the item in the transmog window to transmog it to your back.

The normal, non-fated version does work. The fated version does not.

Please fix this, would be nice to be able to wear it on the back.

Disappointing to discover this bug. I spent my Frost DK alt’s first dinar on this, primarily due to missing this specific normal difficulty transmog, only to find out the transformation effect was broken. Sigh.
