I was scratching my head as to why we got this for the October trading post.
But after mounting it, it makes sense. It has a ghoulish aura to it and looks great when using the Inky Black Potion.
Hoping that for the next October TP we get a pumpkin-inspired mount 
Should have been the armor set for the monthly reward, but whatever I wouldn’t use it either way. At least the mount is better than another crummy cloak mog or a recolored pet.
I was going to say Headless Horseman’s armor as a reward so people can combine the helm and ride the horse and run around laughing evilly across the land…but a haunted pumpkin mount may work too.
I thought the full headless horseman armor set was supposed to be there this month, but who knows I don’t play enough
It’s the October mount because it’s Octo-ber.
I didn’t get it as the October Mount. If it’s the reward for the travelers log, that’s one thing, but it is not on the trading post at least for me
