Went into Org with a partner and went straight for the Thrall kill, the book for the cloak upgrade didnt drop for either of us. Went in again and failed the second time because we went exploring (not realizing we havent gotten an upgrade). Went in a THIRD time and straight to Thrall again, killed him, and the quest item drops. Anybody else run into this?
It’s possible that it may not be a guaranteed droprate? I’m not sure.
