The Culling of Stratholme

Arthas always welcomed Uther’s presence when ever they did meet, however Uther believed that it was more important that Arthas watched his moral standpoint, and that even though he may be the prince of Lordaron, he should treat him higher as a paladin. Arthas had a new philosophical concept that he wanted to run by Uther that day, however after looking over Stratholme, he realized that he had not enough time to talk reason with Uther on why his new concept was better. Arthas’s new philosophical concept was that the weak souled would soon die and bring undeath, and so he believed in a moral and ethical purge. Uther was disgusted by this philosophical concept and asked how he could even consider it. He believed that there had to be another way and believed that these people could be saved. Arthas, understanding the gravity of the situation they were in he must make an extraordinary approach to change the mind of his friend, and told him that because he is prince he must believe in his theorem. Uther was disgusted by this approach at debate and told him that his position as prince did not matter in this regard and told him that even if it did then he still wouldn’t agree with this philosophical idea. Arthas was getting impatient at this point and decided that since Uther would not even listen to him in pleasant debate then he is not worth debating any longer. Uther was terribly upset that the two of them were both ignoring each other and asked Arthas if he lost his mind. Arthas responded with, “Have I?”. Arthas then made a final decision and told Uther that if he isn’t going to listen to his new concept then he is going to suspend this debate and remove Uther from his post as his debate partner. Jaina, a local scholar, told Arthas that he could not do that. However Arthas informed her that it was already too late. Uther told Arthas that he is going down a terrible philosophical view. Arthas then pondered towards his friend Jaina and asked if she agreed with his new belief, however after watching him host such a narrow minded debate, she could no longer watch him do this.
