Hello! The title is pretty self explanatory but I’ll provide “a little” more information. Just “a little.”
The Crimson Alliance is a returning guild from Legion looking for family friendly members who enjoy casual laid back guilds. The realms connected to Lethon are Blackwing Lair, Dethecus, Detheroc, Haomarush, and Shadowmoon so unfortunately you’ll need to be apart of one of these 6 realms (I think?)
We are hoping to rebuild our ranks and become the friendly and helpful guild we once were! There are no requirements other than acknowledgement to follow the following rules upon joining.
Rules:
-
Being family friendly, agreement to have clean language when speaking with your fellow members is necessary. People slip up and I understand that, sometimes a warning may be issued. Any racial or anything that is clearly meant to be offensive is an immediate removal.
-
While this won’t necessarily be enforced because two individuals can make their own decisions, the preference is not to sell or request compensation for anything among your fellow members. I want the main purpose of the guild to be to help one another, not to make a profit off another.
Systems will be put into place among officers to enforce rules, once the kinks are worked out. When an officer removes another player, a report will be requested by mail to be sent to the GM for records. If another individual (victim or witness) are noted in the report, the guild master may reach out to those individuals. All removals must have a report sent to the GM.
Further rules may be added later and the guild will be notified in-game when they are.
PVE: Leadership roles- If you have interest in leading PVE content, please speak with the GM. There are no mandatory events. Questions may be asked, if you’ve been a leader before, past experiences etc. Under certain circumstances, achievements may be checked to confirm progress. You do not necessarily have to have current raid progress, but it helps. Think of it like a job interview lol.
The duties of PVE leaders is to help the GM organize the raid night(s) and to be as informative as possible throughout the run. Patience is a must. Some people (including myself, as of right now) may be new to the newer raids.
PVP: Leadership roles- If you have interest in leading PVP events, please speak with the GM. There are no mandatory events. Questions may be asked and progress may be checked. The duties of PVP leaders is to organize arena night(s) and maybe even battleground nights if there are enough present.
Please keep in mind that while interest in any leadership role is very much appreciated, it does not necessarily secure you a position. Please do not take it personally.
Promotions
The promotion procedure is as follows. Upon joining you will be promoted from Recruit to Squire. Being promoted from Squire to Knight will be time based with a non-specific set time. From Knight to Veteran Knight requires event activity and/or interest in helping the guild and its fellow members. Finally, from Veteran Knight to Officer will require leadership, trust, and a clear interest in wanting to help their fellow guild members.
The first rank “recruit” will be used as a “cooling off” rank. Players that cause minor problems within the guild or intentionally neglect any rules set by the GM or officers may be demoted to that rank for a nonspecific time period. Restrictions include unable to access the guild vaults and even possible chat restrictions. Its still a work in progress. Anyone who joins should immediately get promoted to the next rank, “Squire.” If not immediately promoted, the GM will be try keeping on top of it but feel free to whisper him.
Players who are inactive for over a year will probably be removed. If you know that you’ll be inactive and reach out to the GM (assuming you expect to be back,) removal can be avoided. If you have alts in the guild, I ask that you label them in your guild note both on your main and your alt to avoid removal. If you don’t want your alts known, just make sure to log into them within a years period.
Other side notes may be added at a later date. If you have interest and feel this guild is a good fit for you, please don’t hesitate to reach out!
I hope to see you all in-game!
