There was a topic about beautiful zones, and i thought “Why not scary ones to?”
Whether it be drustvar, or tirisfal, or Westfall, I would be delighted to hear what you think. I personally, find Drustvar terrifying, and Eastern Plaguelands freaky, but thats just me.

Eastern Plaguelands, by a mile. WPL is also pretty grim.

I got this quest in drustvar from a little girl where i had to gather stuffed animals and a cat, and she performed a freaky drust teaparty. That was scary

I find Drustvar very creepy. EP is kinda haunting because of what happened there - Stratholme and the Pamela quest line stand out. Duskwood is very spooky. Dread Wastes also gives off a creepy vibe, more so the 1st time I went through it.

Hearing Abby Lewis’s little song about her village creeped me out the first time I was in Drustvar.

To be honest, I’m suprised that so many people responded. WoW graphics are kinda poor, and there isn’t much creepy places

Duskwood used to be even creepier when the full Stalvan quest chain was in place.

Use an Inky Potion in Vashj’ir. It gets fifty times cooler and a hundred times creepier! Everything is so bioluminescent, but you’re surrounded by an infinite black abyss at all times. Little unsettling.

Duskwood, so much wrong there, specially if you read the journal of what happened to the guy’s wife and kids when the dark riders were looking for the scythe of elune.

I did. Its just gloomy and feral, though thats one of the scarier parts
Was just thinking Vashj’ir. The whole underwater thing is creepy enough for me. Add that and one of the worst zones in my opinion.

I don’t find outdoor zones too creepy, but I would definitely say Stratholme and Naxxramas, especially the latter.
