I have seen shield of the righteous miss SO MANY times targets right in front of my prot paladin and it is unbelievably frustrating.

I am pretty sure you are right about them all being bugged. Hunter “Barrage” worked fine until a few days ago, now it seems to work like a straight-line ray with a 10 yard range.

First blizzard takes away my endless holy power fun from shadowlands
Now they turn off my damage
Fists of Fury, Dream Breath, Light of Dawn, Barrage, all seem to be broken.

This seems to be the thing for DF. As great as DF is, it’s astonishing how many things are bugged or were bugged going into DF and still are. Seems like every week someone is finding new bugs that involve our classes.
Edit: Lol the darkmoon gun game is also bugged because it uses a frontal cone.

After apparently being fixed, the cone bug is back, Hunter Barrage worked fine after the roll out of 10.0.7 (was that really just last week?), then following the maintenance on 24 mar 2023 it is bugged out again.

Just did a mythic raz kill as WW and when the seeking stormlings all meet in the middle, we dk grip them into a beautiful death ball to quote Preacher, and somehow an entire channeled FoF until hit 5 on the initial cast and managed to not hit any of the other 11 (16 total) even though resonating fist, xuen, and tiger statue all managed to hit… In the same parse I also found 3 other spots where FoF didnt hit raz but for 1 tick. So something is definitely amiss with cone abilities.
