The comp stomp AI bots are ridiculous atm

Its great that they’re learning and better… But they can walk through ice walls, don’t take fall damage and totally ignore feign death? I mean… lol c’mon…

They’re testing them in their attempt to create the new terminator.

Or maybe you didn’t program them this way and they’ve learned to walk through ice walls, not take fall damage and totally ignore feign death on their own… Everyone’s laughing about it in chat watching the chaos…

Fix’d that for you.

Damn dude… get good lul jk

Try doing some hard casting near their giant aoe pile. they all must have kick bots or something!

A vision of what is to come

I’m so sad. It appears that long gone are the days where a marginally-geared rogue could take on two to three AIs at stables all by herself and not take any damage. Now, I do little to no damage to the AIs and am dying ALL the time. Please bring back the cakewalk that was Comp Stomp. After all, it IS about me and my happiness.

Speaking of Comp Stomp, why is it still up?

Probably to study the bots for another week and to figure out how & why they’re walking through ice walls, ignoring all feign death-type spells and acting so weird. I blew off like 5 of them at LM and they all took no fall damage and came running right back up… It’s like the walking dead army of kickbot zombies who are making up their own rules because they’re unhappy about being farmed constantly… The films Wargames, Terminator and T2 tried to warn us all, and no one listened.

The issue is that the bots all have the equivalent of full conquest gear and your average comp stomp is a mix of fresh 80s in PVE gear with the odd PVP-geared player grinding some honor.

It makes the experience a slog.

getting 900+ honor is actually pretty nice just for beating some bots lol

Kinda like the real bots that aint blizzard bots.

Bots are everywhere now\

To be fair, I ignore feign death for 0 seconds after three seconds, i’m just not going to dump my damage into a potentially present 90% damage reduction.

Maybe the rampant BOTs in PvP are actually Blizzard Bots to improve queue times?

They were warned that Skynet was a bad idea!

no way, that explains why vicious bloodstone suddenly started crashing in price after weeks of a slow predictable down trends with short periods of upswings. Figures, ruining pvp player passive income.

With how lucrative honor is these days, we now have battleground bonus week as well as Spoils of War being back. I don’t blame people at all for doing whatever they can do obtain as much honor as possible.

Lol… it’s the same problem that they are all knowing (of every opponent’s up to and their exact locations) but we all just pretend they don’t.

Maybe these training done by players (via Comp Stomp) would be used to make their NPC feel more alive for better & dynamic experience in PvE Dungeons/Raid.

I think it’s the perfect way for new toons or newer-to-PvP players to practice, as well as get some essentially free conquest and honor. Current comp stomp is underrated.
