So I am doing the codex of ra quest to get my artifact weapon. I have spoke to Xuen to pick up the next part but rehgar earthfury won’t talk to me so I can’t ride the his windrider there. I’ve tried flying there on my own mount and riding there both times the quest wont proceed. Can I get some help on this? I’ve also tried dropping and resetting the quest a few times it doesn’t help. Updating this in hopes a dev sees this Rehgar seems to be over into Zuens activation circle or whatever the green circle around a npc when yyou click on them is called. Not sure if that helps explain it better of if this is even needed.
