Stormwind is meh.
Orgrimmar has a base.
Ironforge is ok.
Silvermoon City has a nice sizeable group.
But Gilneas, many Worgen players I know want this city to be restored badly. It has so many opportunities. I hope they do. But Blizz will tend to the Nelfs before the Worgens (the second coming of the Gnomes: no city, no promises or in-game rebuild).
For Gilneas!!!

Probably Dalaran.
Peak city design. Compact with everything being close together. Distinct so every part of the city is easy recognizable unlike some cities (looking at you, Oribos). Plus it’s pretty and has a lot of detail in the city.

I kinda didn’t mind chilling in the Crystarium.

I’m going to be hated for this one, but I love level 3, fully stocked Ally garrisons. I’m diehard Horde, but damn if those weren’t beautiful. I love Stormwind as well, since I started as Ally, and have fond Vanilla/TBC memories there.
For Horde, I hate Orgrimmar. Never cared for Orc architecture. I’d love to have Suramar as an option for a capital city hub.

People that genuinely liked dazaralor scare me

Gilneas! Hands down. Others are crappier. Suramar, while a beautiful city, wasn’t made a hub city. I think both Horde and Alliance would benefit from Suramar being a hub city as well as Gilneas

Are you asking which has the most loyal base, or trying to find out? lol
I’ll always love IF for the faction cities, but Boralus would be my pick if I were to actually live in one. So many nice districts, sprawling, love the view, fishing, close to the snowy mountains. Top shelf. (Just kick out the pirates and thugs.)

Dazar’alor is the Silvermoon of expansion hubs.
It’s very pretty but it’s so impractical that nobody would want to use it as a hub unless they absolutely had to.

I usually hear people talking about Gilneas and how many times they wish to have this city and port restored. And Suramar has come to mind too. But Gilneas is the one that is more of a hotter topic because those who I have chatted or spoken (irl) want Gilneas restored. Looks, aesthetics, geography, history…it has it all.

GILNEAS!!!
Stormwind still has a nice fanbase. Plus, the European style city makes a charming site to visit. I know Gilneas is awesome, but so is Suramar. Heck, even Mulgore has charm. If you are looking for people who love a specific city, I can see what you mean. But besides Gilneas, there is a large number of Gnomes who want their place back. And let’s not forget the Night Elves.

I miss Ironforge being the main hangout in Vanilla wow.
I’ve always like Orgrimmar too, guess I’m a sucker for the classics.

Hmm. Interesting… I naturally vote for Bildgewater Harbor, but… figure I’ll just raise the bar.

Tbh, Blizzard could do a lot more with Org. Having a city built into a chasm (not exactly strategically sound… but it’s a fantasy game so meh) is really freaking cool, but Blizzard just doesn’t utilize it. Things aren’t built in the chasm walls and there’s only a few tunnels… no real defensive structures atop the plateau either. Tunisian Matmata themed homes would have been cool to see imo.
Thunderbluff is still the best city the Horde has imo.
