I’m using cheetah form at the barbershop but when I use the skill “mount form” I turn into the deer.
PS: This happens on retail.
The cheetah is not a mount form unfortunately. Mount form means that someone else can ride you, like a mount.
Try activating Travel form, that should get it working for you.

That’s so disappointing…It should be a “fly” form skill or something, because when I turn into travel I turn into the owl…
Also, I have to stay with the deer form because of that (as a mount)…
You would turn into cheetah if you were in a place you couldn’t fly in, such as Argus or in an instance.
That’s what Travel form is. It automatically swaps to the “best” form for your scenario. That’s how you can go from flying to aquatic form by just entering water.
There is other mount forms available. There’s several different deer type options, but also the cat raptors from Dragonflight Emerald Dream zone for instance.
