When i log into my account of the “Boosted” character it takes me instantly to a bugged character creation screen, and when i back out it takes me to a non bugged one. It then takes me to the character select but no notification of the boost “happening” is active, nore is the boost i paid for able to be used anymore.

I have the exact same thing down to the bugged character creation screen where the character is invisible minus weapons and armor. I have sent in multiple tickets each with a 6-9 hour response time over the course of three days and keep getting told " Give it 24 hours we are aware and working on it" I even asked for a refund just to get the same response to wait 24 hours.
It’s wild because they got the money, cashed that check right away and we don’t have anything, I legit just asked for a refund and said I would re purchase a boost when the system worked. And they’re refusing to credit it back telling me it’ll be fixed eventually.
Imagine paying for something and not getting it, and told to pretty much get over it, wild.
same problem, keep getting the same bot response of “change your realms” when i said 20 fkn times already that I am on the right realm…
