the catalyst is giving tier pieces from season 3. i just created 2 pieces today, and they both show the same tier bonuses from last season. the tier name on the pieces are now also the same as last season. both pieces are 502 item level and are NOT from last season. this was on my mage character. the old and new gear is all showing as Wayward Chronomancer’s gear.
I’m guessing you play Arcane or Frost? Tier set looks/names/bonuses are all re-used from prior season based on what people voted for:
