How can anyone give you advice when they don’t even have basic details on what you need help with. What class? what spec? what bg? what is the scenario? are you 1vXing? are you disabled RL and use razer products? Can you find swifty’s missing pinky? You gotta help us before we can help you.

Destruction warlock. It just feels… brittle compared to melee(DK and DH in particular.) I’m almost level 70 and i’m not sure if i want to pvp at 70 because it’s just not fun so far.

Times the kick and stun/cc part of that 2 to 3 times more and that sounds about right.
Most will justify the miserable caster experience by using examples like spriest, which incidentally doesn’t even have to cast as much, or casters that have tuning gimmicks as examples that casters are fine. But when melee can have infinite uptime, multiple means of shutting down a caster on low cds, and enough mobility to make all of mages possible blinks not enough, there’s a glaring issue. Let’s just hope it doesn’t take an entire expansion to address.

Yeah it’s jarring going from melee to caster. It’s definitely a lot harder to try to take someone down.

Focus all of your talents around insta-casts. Only hard cast when the enemy is slowed, out of melee range, not paying attention to you, or stunned.

tab dot fluff. weak booty balance does the same thing minus the self heals.
I don’t like affliction too much. dot maintenance just feels weird to me. Idk.

kk so as long as any decent melee is NOT even looking at you from any discernable distance, you can do your non-instants.
[edit] But srsly, apply your thought process to when a melee or two, or more, ARE on you. Caster is in a tight spot unless they get peels and/or heals which doesn’t happen much in unrated. Also, it’s not that casters can’t ever shine, they do so when the opposing team’s melee are mostly potatoes.
Oh, you feel squishy as a caster? That’s cute.

Survivability buffs?
- Chaos Bolt damage increased by 15% in PvP Combat.
- Shadowburn damage increased by 30% in PvP Combat.
- Incinerate damage increased by 30% in PvP Combat.
