I can launch every single game from Battlenet. It appears WoW is the only game that is providing the error and refusing to launch.

I have the same error problem
If you have multiple different versions of WoW installed like Cata and Retail, make sure one doesn’t have an update. It seems when one has an update, certain global files are locked that would let you login to the version of the game you want until the update is fully installed.
