I just can´t agree more with you… it is ridiculous. How is someone even going to react to anything in less than a GCD? I have died countless times in a mere 1.3 secs by a single dps player at the same gear level… At this point we need more than just Kenbunshoku Haki to be able to do anything.

This takes kiting and distancing at a whole new level lol unfortunately, the meleecleave is strong as it’s ever been this xpac.

Kiting and distancing in a whole new level indeed… I have played against enemies that have spent literally the 15min of the arena match running around one pillar. At this point arenas feel more like a game of hide and seek than actual pvp.
I spent one arena on my low geared toon for skirmish weekly, running LoS. The ret did all the work lol
They just can’t seem to get the pace right.
We’re either in BfA hell where games are 15 minutes long and you could AFK in ghost wolf without dying, or we’re in SL hell where a ret can pop wings and divine toll you for enough damage to kill you and all of your alts.

They should nerf the burst and increase base damage.
Because if you survive the burst the game goes on for ages.
