Is there a way to separate the non combat buffs and combat related buffs into different categories to move on the screen? I don’t need buffs like: Guild Champion, Sign of the Critter, Sign of the Legion, Word of a Worthy ally, and perma buffs like Embrace of Pa’ku in a area with combat related buffs that have a timer. I am struggling to find a way without the usage of add-ons.

I don’t believe that exists baseline. Not sure if an addon can do it either. But I could be wrong.
I’m not sure, either. You could probably spend a lot of time making a WeakAura that would only show the buffs you care about, but that’s the closest I can think of.
