You can’t get beyond Tier 3 level loot from Delves unless you have a Bountiful Delve key, which are limited.
So if you want loot that is worth anything, you have to use a Bountiful Delve key, and you’re limited to using 4 of those per day, plus getting more will be difficult since you mostly get them from Weekly quests. So really it’s more of a Weekly limit.
Seems like this change makes Delves really suboptimal, considering you can endlessly farm M+ without any loot restrictions like that.

They are designed for people who don’t do Mythic+ or Organized Raiding but want to do some sort of End Game content.
As I am one of those people, I am fine with 5 pieces of potential gear each week. That is from four keys and the great vault. More if I build more keys. I currently have 7 keys and will have 10-11 by the end of the day.
You’re limited to using 4 Bountiful keys per day, and you only have 7 because you saved them up from previous weeks. You can at most get like 5-7 per week.
You can buy them from a vendor… But like I said, I am okay with that. I am in no hurry and don’t need to max my gear out for world content or even Delves. Different philosophy I guess. I am not going to work towards Keystone Master or Mythic Raiding.

No farming, no pressure to farm, “play as much as you like, as long as it’s not too much”.
Most “casuals” are on board with that, having a few checkboxes a week instead of an unending abyss of a farm to stare into.

I’m loving this for my profession alts that will need to do some content for recipe drops. The extra gear will make farming easier and lets me play other classes that I’m not good at.
It’s nice to not have to rush or worry about what other people think and I canhelp get friends alts some gear too.

it’s a bunch of arbitrary restrictions to ensure people with time on their hands in a content drought don’t make casuals feel bad for having a 9-5.
Only for the best loot. The two green chests don’t require a key.
i do agree… basically besides all the tier 3 runs we have already done, we will do all other tiers, except 8 once. why even have tiers?
Have to admit just did the first leveling quest related delve, and after clearing the highlighted areas in the delve thought it was over, and just left the instance lol. No key dropped off the mobs. I’ll stick to dungeons I guess. Kill the boss loot and move on to the next. Thought delves were just going to be like regular dungeons that you could do solo, or with another person. Drop a boss at the end loot, and be on my way. Not farming a bunch of keys just to open boxes. Burnt out on that currency garbage in DF.

That seems like quite a lot for one character. People treat this game too much like a job.
Y’all get four guaranteed pieces of 603 loot, plus the potential for 610 Hero track loot, every single day until you exhaust all of your Delve keys and it requires very minimal effort and you’re complaining?
A friend of mine is fairly casual. You know, work, wife, couple hours of warcraft a night. This is what that looks like:
He did a bountiful delve today. Just the one.
He’ll probably do another one tomorrow. Unless he feels like questing instead, because he isn’t done the MSQ yet.
Doing all four bountiful delves in one day? That… is probably never going to happen.
Delves are meant for people who don’t plan on doing any group content.
If you plan on doing M+ when it comes out you really don’t need to spend any time doing delves. In fact your time is probably just better spent doing M0. The gear might be slightly worse, but the experience will be more valuable next week.
for an easy soloable content that’s kinda fair
actually delves are broken, you can get HC raid gear doing T8 delves if you’re lucky to drop a map
it’s the easier way of getting endgame gear
