The blind queen

I think in the whisper
“ The blind queen wields a scepter of bone from the deep she calls forth doom” could be referring to the taurens earth mother especially since the Tauren succumbed to dark whispers coming from the earth and that’s supposedly why she blinded herself creating the sun and moon i personally even believe the blue moon could be yshaarj since it being plucked from Azeroth and thrown into space also fits his lore and how all the dark moon faire themes fit the art for him on the wow pedia on top of the fact it’s associated with elune and her name comes from an engraving found at the well of eternity which was the wound from yshaarj being plucked from Azeroth so it could just be another name for yshaarj the blind queen wielding a scepter of bone might even mean the sword plunged into Azeroth since it litterally looks like it’s made out of shifting bone when you look at it and while all of this is obviously a leap lol maybe the quote beware the eyes of green refers to the earth mother too I mean one eye being the blue moon and the other being the yellow sun and blue and yellow combined would be green lord knows Argus waking up wasn’t fun for anyone so if Azeroth woke up even half as angry and she’s the most powerful beware the eyes of green could be solid advice and I know a lot of people think she’ll be a titan if creation but if she did have green eyes combined and greens usually associated with envy maybe her powers a true void and entropy and she’d consume everything with an endless hunger

By this point I’m convinced that many of the whispers are incoherent nonsense and that the writers make them up as they go along, as long as they sound suitably ominous.

Whenever they decide to do something they will look back to see if a whisper fits the events they are writing and yell “Look, foreshadowing!”

This, or maybe the whispers of an old God proooooobably shouldn’t be taken seriously in da first place.

The thing I find somewhat confusing is this the void whispers all these “lies” because any path is possible … yet all the whispers and prophecies have been pretty F spot on

Yeah, the Old Gods are also masters of lies, intending to cause you to doubt yourself and question everything you hold to be truth.

Even their “Truths” are partly lies.

there are many truths, many perspectives

Its glaringly obvious if you’ve read Danuser’s tweets.

Ny’alotha exists, the King of Diamonds was a pawn of Azshara, the Lich King’s crown did indeed open the way, the fetters immediately appeared when Sylvanas’s arrow met it’s mark during her fight with Bolvar, Ra-Den indeed give himself over to N’Zoth, and the Fake Wrathion indeed drew strength from Ny’alotha’s Earth.

To find N’Zoth we first had to drown ourselves in the Watery Arcane Bombs of Azshara(otherwise they’d wipe the Raid) at the Circle of Stars and N’Zoth’s forces have ensured that we’d fill the Heart of Azeroth after Sargeras made it a crater.

Furthermore the Void was right that Sylvanas seeks the end of all things.

The Void was also right that there was a version of Alleria bowing to N’Zoth: We kill that Alleria ourselves within N’Zoth’s Blueprint(based on Ny’alotha) which he had his agents implant into the Forge of Origination from his Horrific Visions AKA Ny’alotha.

Of course the Void also showed Alleria a version of herself absorbing N’Zoth’s power which would only happen if someone Re-Originated Azeroth while the Blueprint is installed(that thing is begging to be used isn’t it?).

The Prophecies in Legion and BfA are intended as Foreshadowing while the Prophecies of the Puzzle Box of Yogg-Saron are being turned into Foreshadowing when Blizzard gets the chance.

The Black Goat with Seven Eyes who watches from the outside(outside of a black pool) is being made into Foreshadowing like Ny’alotha judging from the Wriggling Mass from the Island Expeditions.

Why subject yourself to that?
