I was able to accept the final quest in The Black Shield chain which is to take the shield to Thunder Bluff without completing what should be a couple of prereq quests.
According to wowhead I should not be able to accept this one until a couple of other quests are done. I still had the prereq The Black Shield completed but not turned in to acquire the Acidic Venom Sacs.
I turned in Questioning Reethe and saw he had that quest available. I have a screenshot showing that I have both quests active at the same time, however I can’t add the link to the post.
