On my Pandaren warrior at least, the Black Hand currently has the chain that is supposed to be connected to the handle floating off to the side in the air.

Same issue here. The Black Hand’s chain is bugged and not showing up properly. The ball at the end of the chain looks like it’s hanging onto nothing, thin air.

Bugged for me as well. 
Really hoping it’s fixed for Dragonflight so I can put the new Primal Fire enchant on it!
